We help you list significant personal belongings — furniture, artwork, jewellery, collections, vehicles, and household items of note — along with key account contacts such as banks, insurance providers, and utilities. The format is simple enough to update yourself later.
Do I need to have everything organised before we start?
Not at all. In fact, most people come to us precisely because things are not yet in order. We work through everything together at a calm pace. No preparation is required beyond being ready to have a conversation.
How long does each service typically take?
Personal Inventory Setup is usually completed in one or two sessions of around two to three hours each. The Document Filing Toolkit spans two to three appointments. Family Legacy Storytelling varies by how much material there is, but most families find four to six sessions is comfortable. All timelines are flexible.
Are your services only for older adults or retirees?
Anyone who wants their personal records in order and their family stories documented can benefit. Some clients are in their forties and simply want to get ahead of the task. Others come to us after a significant life change such as relocation, a health event, or a family bereavement.
How do you handle sensitive personal information?
